Reservations
Reserved tickets must be paid for within 7 days of reservation or 1 hour before the performance/event begins whichever is sooner. Uncollected reservations will be released for resale.
Conditions of sale
We regret that that tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Returned tickets will only be offered for resale when the venue is sold out and at a handling charge of £1 per ticket.
Handling Fee
A £1 handling fee will be charged for every card transaction (this does not apply to tickets purchased by cash or cheque).

Concessions
Where indicated concessions are available for children, senior citizens, registered unemployed, income support claimants, family credit claimants, housing benefit claimants, registered disabled and students in full time education. Wheelchair seats will be charged at the lowest standard seat price for that show. Please present proof of eligibility when booking. For further details contact the box office on 01485 532252. Support Acts
Support acts are regularly used by producers to start a show and 'warm up' the audience for the main act. The Princess Theatre does not always know if a support act is being used at the time of going to press. Patrons are therefore advised that support acts may be used at the discretion of the producing management for further information patrons may enquire at the box office on the afternoon of the performance.
